Gabriela Pintos


Dancer, Teacher
Gabriela was born in Argentina, where she had extensive training in dance; holds a Degree in Classical Ballet Education, performed and taught Latin Cultural and Modern Dance in local, national, and international venues with numerous Brazilian companies. She has appeared on several Australian Arts TV programs and is now a member of Buena Vista Dance. Gabriela has brought Latin rhythms and Latin Fitness classes to Sydney, and at LatinOrganic, her new favorite…Bachata.

An explosion of Latin energy, she is known as 'Alegria', meaning Happiness. She is driven in life by her dreams, she is all or nothing, optimist, success, pride and a classic Alegria Type of personality!!! Just Happiness

Known as "El Moro", is the founder of Buena Vista Dance Cuban Academy. Moro toured internationally with 'Havana Nights' and in Australia since 2004, Moro established Buena Vista Dance to teach Cuban style and promote his culture in Australia. Buena Vista has performed in major events such as Salsa Congress, Latin festivals and private functions – and across the nation in Melbourne, Byron Bay, Coffs Harbour, Brisbane as well as New Zealand .

Moro's specialty is Afro Cuban styles, Rumba, Mambo, Cha Cha Cha and, Son, his strength – always showing great style and refining the Salsa community in this art form.
